Do you mind attaching the song file or posting a link to it so someone can take a look and see what is going on? Below the reply text box there is link that says File Manager. Click on it and you can attach the Band-in-a-Box file. Weird question but are you expecting the midi embedded in a RealTrack to play? RealTracks likely has midi but the midi is intended for transcription and may not play correctly because of 0 velocity levels or notes that have too short duration. Does the Band-in-a-Box song file have midi tracks?
