Hi JJJ, this is definitely not meant to be in any way confrontational, but if every user that doesn't use Avast or AVG don't have this problem, then how can the problem be a faulty BiaB?
Different A/V programs use different algorithms and apply search templates in different ways to detect for the presence of malware, tiny patterns of code that
could be a virus. Any A/V program can occasionally get this wrong, and report a false positive. I run Norton 360 (paid version) on multiple systems. None report a potential issue.
I'm not sure in what way PGM are expected to change their working program so that Avast doesn't
incorrectly detect an issue.
