Please fix BIAB!

Hi JJJ, this is definitely not meant to be in any way confrontational, but if every user that doesn't use Avast or AVG don't have this problem, then how can the problem be a faulty BiaB?

Different A/V programs use different algorithms and apply search templates in different ways to detect for the presence of malware, tiny patterns of code that could be a virus. Any A/V program can occasionally get this wrong, and report a false positive. I run Norton 360 (paid version) on multiple systems. None report a potential issue.

I'm not sure in what way PGM are expected to change their working program so that Avast doesn't incorrectly detect an issue.

In the same way they make sure it works with Windows and iOS they should make sure it works with commonly used virus software like Avast! And since this is not yet resolved, we may yet find out it is indeed something odd going on in BIAB that they can fix. I mean, every version of BIAB comes complete with new bugs like the stop button on previewing RealTracks so I'd suspect BIAB before I would Avast.
