Hi John, Sforzando is the synth that is usually used for HiQ sounds. If this is the case, it will not work with patch changes. It's necessary to remove it so that the default synth can take over. To clarify this... 1. Please click on the "Plugins" tab at the top of the Mixer. 2. Now, please follow the instructions at the link below to capture an image of your chordsheet and mixer (with the plugins tab showing). Once that is done, please post that image in the forum (again the instructions are at the link below).
