If you got a new harddrive for 2020 from us, the 49PAKs from previous years would have been included. The 0PAK is contained within the 49PAK, so there's no need to really worry about that as it's part of the 2019 49PAK. The XtraStyles PAKs that you purchased previously and the Registration Bonus Styles would need to be reinstalled to the new drive, if that's where you are running the application from. If you've been running it fully from the internal HD of your computer and you've installed that content there as well in the past, there shouldn't be a need to reinstall them.
