Its been a nightmare 6 months, Covid19 not included, including my PC crashing and taking everything with it.  But I'm back at it occasionally now. The Civil War classic song of 1861. The tune is in the public domain but the modern 'Love Me Tender' lyrics are not, but as I'm not going to sing it - - -. Guitar arrangement is by me and a relatively sparse 'Band' for the backing track - RealTracks in song: 3119:Bass, Acoustic, PopHalfNotesSync Ev 085 MIDI SuperTracks in song: 1801:Synth Pad, PopShiningSoft Ev 120 RealTracks in song: 2718:Guitar, Nylon, Fingerpicking CountryBrent Ev 085 RealTracks in song: 3064:Vocal Oohs, Rhythm Pop3-part Ev 085 Guitar is my ancient Yamaha APX3 electro-acoustic bought as a non-playing, non-working wreck from a Junk Shop for a few £s sterling. Some TLC and she is a lovely guitar to play. Recorded for the first time ever using RealBand which at the moment I find very 'clunky' to use certainly compared to my now much loved but now gone Cakewalk GTPro2 (yeah-that old!). Ian, Just so beautifully played with such emotion. Kudos! There were a lot of beautiful songs born out of that tragic era in American history. It's been reported that the song "Leona" (qv) was banned by leaders on both sides because upon hearing it, soldiers on both sides would lay down their weapons and return home to their sweethearts. Have you tried any of the RECOVERY apps? I've had reasonable success with freebies. Certainly worth a try. Hi Donny Thanks for thinking of that but the drive was a lost cause. Totalled! I'm running BB on Win7 and win10 drives now and just for 'fun' I have installed an old 1TB drive and use it for BB etc on XP. Yes XP. As Andrew found out sometimes updates have bugs in them that only affect XP - as in the first release of BB2020, now long fixed. Cheers Ian
