Yes, I had a dream this night… about the next version of BIAB. And in my dreams, I was able to….

1 - Export multi drums as separate tracks
2 - Add any number of tracks I want in the mixer (why 7 by the way? why not 5 or 10? Is it because 7 is supposed to be a magical number?)
3 - Insert blank measures at the beginning of a song
4 - Regenerate only parts of a track and/or specific tracks instead of regenerating the whole song with all tracks
5 - Use the « force to simpler » function only on parts of a track and/or on specific tracks instead of the whole song… why not creating a « spare » function ? In order to easily add space to a song (for exemple to create a « breakdown » chorus before a « climax » chorus at the end of a song)
6 - Create fills at any place in my song and with any track : let’s say I want a drum fill at measure 4 just before the drum beat starts, then I put my cursor where I want it to start, I call this function, a pop up window appears, on which I can define the instrument and the fill’s lenght
7 - Create a tempo map… as you know, in real life a song’s tempo varies throughout the whole song.
8 - The last but definitely not the least : If I want to improve the connexion between two chords, I’d like to be able to select this specific zone on a track (few beats or even few measures) and toggle the different possibilities. (Otherwise I need to export the track to a real DAW and manually modifie this zone, cutting, pasting from an area to another…). Yes, I know the « multi riff » function, but it’s not the same thing.

I’m sure that for some of my requests, other users use « tricks ». For exemple, the Fill In request : I can « hold » drums on beat 1 & 2 and then get back to normal on beat 3&4, but that’s not a fill in.

At the very end of my dream, I won 100 millions euros at the « Euro Millions » lottery… and… just before buying PG Music in order to make BIAB what I want it to be … I woke up.

Pffff…
