If you want to have total control over tone and notes you might want to try a MIDI trumpet. Google/Bing trumpet vst you will find a number of them with some being free: https://hiphopmakers.com/free-trumpet-vst-plugins-best-trumpet-vst-instrumentsUsing EQ and compression you can tailor the sound to your liking. If a RealTrack trumpet comes close and it has a scoring chart with it you can use the chart as MIDI and select a MIDI trumpet sound. This is best done in a DAW.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
