Merci pour cette info, je l'attendais avec impatience ...
Je lance l'installation et j'ai malheureusement un message d'erreur disant que l'installation a échouée. Snif ;-)
Suis-je le seul dans ce cas ?

Vous êtes à 2 à avoir le même constat; effectivement, ce n'est pas normal ....
Est il possible d'avoir une recopie d'écran avec quelques infos ?

Bonsoir,
J'ai contacté le support et leur ai envoyé une copie d'écran. En fait, l'installation se passe bien et quand on pense que c'est fini, il y a un message qui dit que l'installation a échouée (je n'arrive pas à ajouter une copie d'écran à ce message).
Est-ce que cela fonctionne pour vous Daniel ?
Mac OS Sierra et BIAB 323

Même problème pour moi, message d'erreur et échec pour l'installation.
J'ai signalé le problème à PGmusic.

hello,
je joins la réponse de PGMusic à mon mail, relatant cet échec à l'installation du pack français :
"Il s'agit également d'un problème signalé par d'autres utilisateurs. Nos développeurs y ont cependant répondu. Vous devrez supprimer vos installateurs actuels, puis les télécharger à nouveau à partir de votre page Mes produits. Les nouveaux fichiers téléchargés devraient fonctionner normalement pour vous."
J'ai suivi ces consignes, supprimer BIAB sur le Mac, le télécharger à nouveau sur ma page … la francisation fonctionne par la suite !

Déjà merci Daniel pour les Progs, qu'on a attendu mais qui sont là. Top! Et ensuite des compliments pour le SAV de PG qui a toujours été au delà de mes demandes (si, si, c'est possible...) Ils sont juste incroyables.

Bonjour,
J’ai essayé d’installer le patch qui permet de traduire le programme en français, mais j’ai aussi un message d’échec en fin d’installation.
Dans une des réponse j’ai vu que Mi16 (un membre) avait reçu comme consigne d’effacer l’installeur puis d’en re télécharger un sur son compte client. Je ne suis pas novice mais, cela manque un peu de précisions, de quels dossiers s’agit -il d’éffacer? Connaissez - vous la bonne façon et pouvez-vous me la donner avec les détails svp, car j’ai tenté de le demander à PGmusic mais il n’ont pas l’air de savoir de quoi il s’agit ni comment je dois faire. Ils me demande d’envoyer une copie d’écran du message d’échec ! J’ai envoyé neuf photos avec les différentes phases de l’installation y compris le message d’échec , et ils me répondent qu’ils ne comprennent pas le français et de préciser de quels photos il s’agit!!! Je me tourne donc vers le forum français pour tenter d’avancer. Merci

Avec safari j’ai toujours eu des problèmes.
J’ai 2020 et pas de problème pour passer en français.

Bonjour Gilles,
Merci pour la réponse. Je ne crois pas avoir eu de problèmes concernant le téléchargement avec safari, par acquis de conscience j’ai quand même essayé une fois avec firefox et une aure fois avec chrome mais à chaque fois j’ai le même message d’échec lorsque je lance le programme d’installation. J’ai acheter le programme Biab 2019 en version audiophile l’année passée, jusqu’à présent je l’utilisais en version anglaise mais j’attendais la version française. Lors de l’installation il y avait 3 choix, personnellement j’ai choisis d’installer le programme sur mon ordinateur et utiliser les reals track et real drum du disque livré avec (usb 3) en y indiquant le chemin pour que le programme les retrouvent (comme indiqué dans la vidéo youtube).
Dans le programme d’installation du patch, la question est posée si je veux installer le programme sur l’ordinateur ou de choisir un autre emplacement .
Je choisis mon ordinateur mais est-ce le bon choix? ou dois-je plutôt l’installer sur le disque dur « audiophile » que j’ai reçu ? Merci

J’ai tout installé sur mon MacBook Air (1To) à partir du disk pg et tout fonctionne parfaitement.
J’ai une version ultrapak 2020.
Tu peux essayer de l’installer sur le disk pg histoire de voir.
Une petite question en passant, as tu suffisamment de mémoire sur ton mac ? Audiophile ça prend de la place.

Bonjour Gilles,
Oui j'ai suffisamment de RAM (24 Go). j'ai essaye d'installer le patch sur le disque PG music audiophile mais j'ai toujours un message d'échec en fin d'installation. J'ai vu que la version de Biab actuelle sur mon ordi et sur le disque PG est la Build 324.
Sur le site de PG j'ai vu qu' il y a une version Build 325 qui existe pour Biab 2019 pour Mac.
Quand j'ouvre le programme Biab et que je vais dans le menu "Band-in-a-box" en haut à gauche je clique sur "check for update", le programme me dit que je suis à jour alors qu'il y a sur leur site une version build 325 ! étrange!
Dois-je faire quand même faire la mise à jour (build 325) et puis réessayer d'installer le patch de traduction française (qui a comme version build 325!) ?
