I know this is the song sharing portion of the forum, but this is where I spend most of my time in here, so I just wanted to check back in with all my forum friends! I have been in quarantine the past few weeks, and I am doing well. This has been an unusual time in all our lives, to say the least. My wife works at a local Walmart, so I pray every day for her safety and protection. Due to some financial setbacks in my attempt at retirement, I was forced to take a job a couple months ago. Ironically, I was hired to handle customer service calls for Walmart Grocery. After training, my first week of taking calls was the week we went into the state of National Emergency nationwide. So 325 million Americans decided to order groceries at the same time! Both my wife and I have been pressed to the max in dealing with so many hurting, angry and confused people. I am working at home, as I am self-quarantined by my doctor's orders.

My point is not political. It's people. I have heard the pain and confusion in so many people's voices over the past several weeks. It's heartbreaking what some people have gone through. Anyway, I look at it like I have the opportunity to give 5 minutes of hope to 50-100 people a day. I am thankful this situation seems to be starting to ease, at least for this time. I look forward to getting to spend more time with all my friends here at the forum again! I have just written a song to honor and pay tribute to those who have lost so much, especially who have lost loved ones. I will be sharing it soon. Meanwhile, I look forward to at least attempting to get caught up with all you guys!

Blessings to all...

Steve
