Yes, sort of.
You can copy all the files. But you will need to do one added step: install BIAB to your second computer, which will use another one of your three activations. Do the minimal install, then tell the new BIAB where to find your RealTracks and RealDrums. The minimal install only puts a few small files like fonts on your laptop.

The XPro & Xtra Styles PAKs are not included in any Band-in-a-Box® package.

They will not work with the Pro or MegaPAK version as they require the RealTracks included in the UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, or Audiophile Edition.
