Just purchased the 2020 UltraPak for Mac (Catalina, with a 1 TB drive)
Installing the Real Track Shots, etc. ran into an issue. Apparently it needs to install in the Data Volume (a new feature in Mac I was not aware of.). I have only used 30% of my 1 TB drive, but this Data Volume, created by the OS, is almost full. I opened Disk Utility, looked at the option to Partition and Apply says: "APFS volumes share storage space within a container. Adding and deleting APFS volumes is faster and simpler than editing a partition map." So, if I create a new Volume, just for BIAB files, how do I name it and how does the Install program know to use the new Volume instead?
Or,
Should I re-partition the drive? That sounds risky!
thanks
