I'm a little confused. How did you apply the Pushes?
A caret symbol ^ placed before the chord pushes a chord an eighth note before the beat (e.g. ^C7).
A double caret pushes a sixteenth note before the beat, like this: ^^C7
I didn't see any pushes, including in the MGU file
Does that shed any light?
Let me try further with removing Pushes and regenerating.
OK, I inserted Pushes and generated, and there was a push in the right places.
I removed the pushes and regenerated and they were gone (as best I could tell)
