When you want to send good quality sound, you need to:
1) Mute all the recipients!
2) Turn on original sound
3) Share Screen (for example, bring up iTunes)
4) Check the checkbox in the lower left called Share Computer Sound.
5) play your audio.

Also, there are two audio settings that may improve the quality of your voice:
Go to Settings, Audio, Advanced.
for Suppress Persistent Background Noise, change to Disable.
For Suppress Intermittent Background Noise, also change to Disable.
