Definitely not audio. Sounds like the default MIDI wavetable playing held chords. Even with everything muted, the master volume levels still light up when the chords play.


Still could be audio recording of a midi that would sound the same as the mid source it cam from .
make sure the audio track in the bottom of the mixer is empty.

also check to see if you have set output midi chords to track 9 as this does exactly what you say outputs the chord sheet, as held midi root chords on channel 9 ideal for driving vocal harmony units . the are are usually mute though having very little if not zero velocity. This setting holds though for all future songs, until you switch it back off . (you get a yellow pop up warning at start up)
I have mine on all the time but you may have a glitch!
