I agree with Mike above.

The most likely cause is a MIDI file that's been rendered to audio. If that audio is in the same directory as the BIAB file and has the same name, it will automatically open when the BIAB file is loaded and play when BIAB plays. ("Audio / Kill audio" will remove it.)

Also, click on the PLUGINS tab on the mixer and see if any VSTs or DXIs are loaded on any of the tracks. They might be hosting the midi file.
