Great job George!

>> Technical point: Horn parts come from set 15 which suggest a tempo of 140. My track is at 100 - so, yes, there is some degradation of the audio quality stretching down 40 beats per minute. No doubt, if I wish to continue recording at 100 bpm I will want to invest in the ballad sets which feature tempos centered at 85 bpm.

One additional point on this. Instead of slowing down the 140 solos to 100, an alternative would be to generate a double time Sax solo (speed up the 140 solos to 200, and use that over your 100 tempo song.

That's easy to do in BB 2010 for Windows (and upcoming BB2010 for Mac) , but can also be done in 2009 as follows:
1. [menu] Edit-Expand the song
2. Set the tempo to double the desired end tempo. In your case, you want 100, so you set it to 200.

Now generate the RealTracks solos, and import them into Logic. The solos will all be double-time so they'll be playing 16th notes instead of 8th notes. Its a good way of leveraging the RealTracks that you already have.

Have Fun!
