hummm... no reply.
A lot of noise can be introduced by the sound card and it's drivers if they are not really efficient. Such as using MME with a factory built in chip set and trying to run this program on it.
Without more specifics and perhaps a link to an example of what you're encountering, along with the system specs, soundcard, drivers, etc... we're just throwing out guesses in the dark. That is pretty much what I said in the first response message! I Also noticed that the OP has not responded to any of our suggestions or messages.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
