Hands up if you want marching band realdrums with drumrolls, quad drums, bass drums etc. And in Band in a Box it might be the only time a glock stays in tune. I played that for a year and complained to our mentor and my current band leader Dr. Hank who explained when it changes 10 degrees it's just out of tune. Drove me insane.

The best instrument to play in the band is the triple or quad drum. You can see the kids clapping and dancing. Behind the Baritone horn you don't see much at all, trying to watch the Drum Major is even a challenge if you are in the middle.
