I also use Cakewalk and have found the best way to "move" a song from BiaB into Cakewalk is to open one of the MIDI tracks in Cakewalk, but using the Windows Explorer right click "Open With" option - see attachment. That retains all of the time signatures, tempo changes, etc. Then I drag all of the waves in, which matches them up with the tempo mapping that was created. Hope that makes sense. (This is assuming you export your tracks as individual files and choose .WAV and MIDI files - I find the MIDI files for RealTracks useful even if I don't end up using them in my actual mix/recording process, For some reason, you still have to drag each MIDI file indivually, whereas you can drag all the wave files in at once)
