Lasvideo,
COVID-19 has made it difficult for many people and businesses all over the world for the last 3 to 4 months. Given the unique situation that this pandemic has created, I count myself lucky that PG Music still continue. From a couple of posts that I've read, though, they are not operating at peak efficiency because of meeting restrictions brought on by the contagion. It's because of this that I find myself wondering why the tone of your initial post in this thread is so harsh.
I may have missed it but I don't recall reading this problem on the forums. Did you post about it here?
Frozen tracks also need to be regenerated. All that happens with them is that the mapping data used to create the track is preserved so that each time the track is regenerated, it creates the same audio structure.
With the above in mind, are you saying that when you drag the track into Studio One, the audio structure of it changes so that each transfer gives a differently constructed backing track?
Also, do you get the same problem when you generate the tracks using the BIAB program and not the standalone plugin?
Regards,
Noel
