I'm not sure if this is related, but when I do a re-indexing in the BIAB style picker, it says I have 7592 styles, but when I do a re-indexing from within the DAW plugin using the style picker it says I only have 5002 styles.
I can tell you that my BBVST (Reaper) and Standalone BB are in perfect agreement with # of styles. So yes that is likely a problem. You don't tell us anything about what versions you are using. I assume you are using VST DAW Plugin 2.6.8 on a PC?? That was a problem for me in generating. There is a new beta circulating which appears to be more stable and you should be seeing this very soon.
