AudioTrack Veteran Joined: Jun 2012 Posts: 20,232 Melbourne, Australia	I'm not sure exactly how to assist, but this does sound exactly like a fonts installation issue. You mentioned you have done that, but didn't provide a procedure on how you undertook this. In the past, members with font issues have run the installation program with minimal install options set, which will include installing the correct fonts in Windows. This has usually resolved. You mentioned Quote: according to the PGmusic support I reinstalled the fonts but nothing changes What actual steps did you take? BIAB & RB2025 Win.(Audiophile), Sonar Platinum, Cakewalk by Bandlab, Izotope Prod.Bundle, Roland RD-1000, Synthogy Ivory, Kontakt, Focusrite 18i20, KetronSD2, NS40M Monitors, Pioneer Active Monitors, AKG K271 Studio H'phones
