Keep in mind, the installers are always available in your PGMusic account
Whether you want to keep a backup is up to you .. I do. On a separate drive.
I install the programs to C:
The question is where to install the RTs and RDs.
I usually do this on a drive other than C: due to size and drive availability.
On this system I use a different internal drive, but I have also used an external USB drive just fine for these.
In your case I'd install program to C:, and install RT/RD files to an external drive most likely.
Your environment will dictate a lot of this.
If you have storage room to backup the installers, go ahead. Use storage not on C: drive if possible. But again, they are in your account and available.
