I routinely write songs (in 4/4) that will have random 2/4 bars in them. Currently in the program, I can select the bar I want changed and change it to 2/4 - but then I have to change the next bar back to 4/4.

It seems like it would be helpful if, when changing the time sig in the middle of a song, there was an option for the number of bars you would like to change, after which the song would revert back to the original time sig.

By way of example, I've written a song that begins with 24 bars in 4/4. But then I want the song to go to 3/4 for 8 bars, after which it reverts back to 4/4. Click a button, select the new time sig, enter '8' for the number of bars to change, after which the song would revert back to 4/4 - instead of me having to manually change it back.

Pretty minor thing, granted, but my OLD (obsessive lazy disorder) would sure appreciate not having to deal with the extra step.
