problem file "spursup style file extra pak 2 everything as admin re-downloaded extra pak 2 reinstalled (everything default) return to factory settings rerun latest bb update 724 run clean up rebuild styles real tracks reboot windows
style picker window choose the spursup file choose the (quick play using premade demo)image 1 this plays ok.
choose load song demo and click ok this returns me to the main bb window.
press generate play and i get the message in image 2 click ok and get the message in image 3 click ok again this clears the message press play and message in image 4 appears click ok this clears the message click play again and message in image 5 appears bb wont let me load any styles/songs from this point on.
i saved the song to desktop and rebooted bb reloaded saved song and still the same problem.
any help please. had this problem a long time but put up with it. bb runs as normal for everything else. thanks

I download the song and it generated and played OK for me.
What is your Audio setup on that computer? (Options > MIDI / Audio Driver Setup)
Can you change from MME to WAS or ASIO etc and restart and see if the problem persists/changes?

i rebooted and loaded the style demo without auditioning as you suggested and i still get the problem. checked all audio devices sample rates etc and they all give same problem.

Rather than click on Generate and Play, generate each track separately by right-clicking on the track --> Track Actions --> Generate this track. See if you can figure out if there's a specific track that's causing this problem. Keep in mind that if you do get an error, you'll want to reboot before continuing the test.
loaded spurs up demo style from the picker, click ok. generate bass 2435....thats ok and plays generate piano 1566 ditto generate guitar 1 ..372 this gave me the problem.
rebooted reload demo generate guitar 2....1585 ok and plays froze guitar 1 and regenerated all tracks plus drums and played ok.
i noticed that whilst in the style picker window the mixer shows the tracks and none have the tilde symbol but in the main bb window the problem track has the tilde symbol.
when i load the demo ,i load as it is with no changes to tempo/key.

edit.... just tried another style in the tempo range 120 bpm tried to add the 372 real track and it gave me the same problem. im going to try all the styles which have the 372 real track....i maybe sometime.

1. Find the subfolder "Guitar, Acoustic, Strumming Hank Sw 120" in your RealTracks folder, and create a zip file to save a copy of that folder. Or otherwise rename it so that you save a copy of it. 2. Then, download this, unzip and place in your RealTracks folder: https://nn.pgmusic.com/pgfiles/support/misc/jul21_rt372.zip 3. Reboot BB and try generating that track again. Does it work now? If so, I'd like to take a look at your old folder - perhaps you could cloud storage (eg dropbox) and give me a link for it.
BTW the tilde just means that a tempo substitution is available for that RT - that is if you change your tempo, it could be substituted for a more appropriate RT, if tempo substitutions are enabled in Prefs.

zipped my guitar acoustic 372 folder(the zip file is in the main real tracks folder)
downloaded the zip file from your link saved to main real track folder unzipped to main real track folder this unzipped as the filename jul21-rt372 i then opened that folder and moved the guitar acoustic subfolder into the main real track folder.
open bb go to real track picker window,rebuild go to style picker window rebuid choose spursup load demo press ok generate and i get the same problem.
