this is what i done as your suggestion.

loaded spurs up demo style from the picker, click ok.
generate bass 2435....thats ok and plays
generate piano 1566 ditto
generate guitar 1 ..372 this gave me the problem.

rebooted
reload demo
generate guitar 2....1585 ok and plays
froze guitar 1 and regenerated all tracks plus drums and played ok.

i noticed that whilst in the style picker window the mixer shows the tracks and none have the tilde symbol
but in the main bb window the problem track has the tilde symbol.

when i load the demo ,i load as it is with no changes to tempo/key.

just tried another style in the tempo range 120 bpm
tried to add the 372 real track and it gave me the same problem.
im going to try all the styles which have the 372 real track....i maybe sometime.

rebuilt styles,songs and real tracks.
win 10...amd a10 radeon r6 4c+6g 1.8ghz
64 bit hp envy
biab 2023 with 1004 build. styles 1 to 429 plus extras 1,2,3,4 and 6.
running as admin,cleaned up returned to factory settings.
