I wish it did also. I would expect it to normally be "bbw64.exe". Click on [Change], then click on "More apps", then scroll all the way down and click on "Look for another 'app' on this PC". Locate and select bbw64.exe. This is one way to change your file association in Windows 10, at least it usually seems to work for me.
