Hi all, I have a song with all tracks frozen because I want to keep it like it is, mostly, but there are related problems.

1) How to create an ending without destroying the frozen tracks due to new generation? Isn't it necessary unfreeze to make changes?

2) There is another version of the song and I like a couple of bars in it (also frozen to keep the bars in tact) and I want to copy two or three bars into the first version. Same question.

Is there a tutorial on this given that the song is a flat 87 bars long without choruses defined in the Song settings form?

I've been searching for an answer to editing frozen tracks without regeneration all day and found nothing specific. Maybe regeneration is necessary to blend in with the rest of the song. Any help would be welcome.
