HI Jonel
Yes you can do that as you say, but all you are getting for the midi is the notes from the transcription of the realtrack. These are just that, what note, note length it will contain none of the playing expression of the audio, as it is not really converting the audio to midi just the transcribed note that some on has done based on what was being played.
Therefore the midi can’t sound as good.
If you see what I mean.
