An old German waltz from 1887 called the Schneewaltzer. Came across this tune in my files this morning and had to play it. Loved the tune for years and never realised I had the dots for it. So pure sight reading here's the Schneewaltzer. My composing skill have bee drawing a blank recently so havn't been able to post much. Comments as always welcome

Teccy bits
Style is _OLDWLD5.STY (Old World Waltz w/ Plus Accordion)

RealTracks in style: 2570:Baritone Horn, Rhythm OldWorldWaltz Ev 180
RealTracks in style: 2568:Accordion, Rhythm OldWorldWaltzHeldPlus Ev 180
RealTracks in style: 2569:Guitar, Acoustic, Rhythm OldWorldWaltz Ev 180
RealTracks in song: 2571:Clarinet, Background MelodicOldWorldWaltz Ev 180 (1TrackHornSection)
RealTracks in song: 2567:Accordion, Rhythm OldWorldWaltz Ev 180

I've thickened one of the accordion real tracks to give it a more German feel.
The Clarinet has been thickened with a trumpet as well

Dang.... that makes me want to grab another stein of beer and have a good time at a German pub. Although, we don't actually have any German pubs that I know of around here.....

Is that you in the video? Quite an accomplishment to play that well. I tried to mess with one of those things and .....well.... it sounded more like a dying cow than a musical instrument in my hands. My hat is off to you and I raise another stein of beer to you.

Nice.

Thanks for the comment. Sadly my playing has gone downhill over the last couple of years due to arthritis and hand shakes. I'd a couple of lagers earlier LOL... and Yup that's me in the video hope it doesn't give you nightmares ROFL. Sadly there's not a lot of videos I recorded can be posted on here as many are either not public domain yet or, I didn't use band in a box for them.

You can have a look at my you tube channel and see what myself & my wife have been up to during our lockdown especially lhe video before this one. Act naturally !! ROFL, Great bot of messing around for this one

Sehr gut, mein Herr! I hadn't heard this tune before; I enjoyed it. Even with the arthritis, you still sound good.

Keep playing as you're doing fine and you want the touch in touch when a new idea springs to mind.

Cheers

Graham ol' buddy that was great. That was some excellent site reading! I happen to be drinking a pint of Budweiser while listening so it kind of hit home grin

I feel for you and your arthritis. I am having problems with it in my hands also!

OK, a random thought;
Why does toilet paper need a commercial? Who's not buying it?

Thanks Ray, I've a few friends who've got various problems with their arms and hands so it's quite sad really
