Hola,
Hace unas horas descubrí con horror y sorpresa que muchas de mis voces y flautas grabadas en la pista de audio desaparecieron. Me di cuenta demasiado tarde, después de usar la función "kill audio" (en el menú de pista de audio)
Creo que Band in a box al parecer no solo borra la pista de audio de de la canción cargada en memoria sino también en el original de la canción en el disco.
Yo suelo usar "Kill Audio" para grabar nuevas tomas de audio de mi voz e instrumentos y guardarla con otro nombre, por ejemplo versión 2,3,4 y así sucesivamente. Yo simplemente suponía que la canción original quedaba intacta al no guardar los cambios sobre ella misma. Pero no es asi, desgraciadamente.
Eso solo me pasa a mí o es un error? No tiene sentido! si yo no guardo ningún cambio la canción debería permanecer inalterada en el disco. Alguien mas con el mismo problema??

Hola Gina,
El problema que estas teniendo ya ha sido reportado por varios usuarios, yo mismo tuve una situación similar a la tuya en la cual perdí algunos audios luego de agregar versiones para lo cual había que logicamente usar 'Kill Audio'.
Antes que nada debemos saber que cuando una canción que contiene información grabada en la pista de audio se salva, dicho audio se creará en el disco como un archivo separado del de la canción respectiva con el mismo nombre pero con la extension 'WAV'
Por ejemplo si tenemos una cancion con el nombre de cielo_azul, la cual contiene una pista de audio, al salvarla se crearan en el disco los siguientes archivos: cielo_azul.sgu y cielo_azul.wav
Ya aclarado eso, y como solución alterna, antes de cargar una canción que contenga audio y a la cual queramos hacerle una nueva versión o toma de audio, se deberá tomar la precaución de respaldar el archivo de canción y su respectivo archivo par de audio. De esa manera podremos usar cualquiera de las dos, el respaldo o el original para crear y salvar la nueva versión de audio.
Lamentamos los inconvenientes causados, esperamos tener pronto corregida dicha anomalía en las próximas compilaciones (build).

Hola Ginna, Buenas noticias; ¡El problema ha sido solucionado! ahora puedes grabar, ensayar y modificar tus versiones en la pista de audio sin perder la pista original en caso de que decidas no salvar los cambios, luego de usar "Kill Audio". Gracias Carlos y Pg music! no saben que alivio me causa saber que ha sido solucionado el problema, por otro lado logré recuperar algunos de los audio perdidos en un respaldo que tenía en la nube.
De verdad muy agradecida por ese trabajo en equipo tan brillante.
