Real nice writing, and it had a nice flow to it.
I think the mix was a little too busy--I'd consider holding back some of the backing elements to clear it out a bit.
Without seeing the lyric, I couldn't completely latch onto the what was being sung--maybe a bit less effect on the vocal?
