Wouldn't have mattered if you saved the bad version, you'd be able to open a backup and get back to a good version  Well usually. For the long ending, instead of scrolling to the end, save time by using From-Thru; set it to start one bar after the song ends and Thru to bar 3000. Doesn't matter if you go way past the real end point. Then Cut (and Close Gap). At least it worked for me when I saw this weirdness. I haven't seen it in a long time though. What version of RB?
