I was scrolling through the style picker looking at real styles, and as I usually do I click on load demo song and I get a message box with a Not Found message. I check my BB folder and found the demos there where they usually are. Not sure what happened. It worked yesterday, and I have done nothing? Build 725 2020 Audiophile, Windows 10. Any ideas?

Did you try with multiple demo songs, including the one(s) that worked yesterday? Are they all showing as not found, or only some?

Perhaps you coild provide an example of a style where the demo isn’t found, and example filename and location where you have it.
The c:/bb/demos/RealTracks - Demos folder is one of the folders it looks in, but note that it doesn’t look in sub folders of that one, so you might copy all the demos you have to that folder to make sure they’re found.
To answer some of the questions, yes it was happening with every style I tried, even the same ones from yesterday. I appreciate the suggestions Peter but I have not moved any of these files or folders and I am confused how it could stop working from one day to the next. This brings to mind a question:
1. Aren't the demos for the PG Music styles installed in the correct place during installation?
I know the songs are there and work as I can open them by either having the song picker scan that folder and then pick them or just use the file:open command from the menu etc.

Example: _AUSTIN style, Austin Dreamy Country Eights from Xtra PAK 1, I find the demo song _AUSTIN Demo - Austin Dreamy Country Eights.SGU in the folder C:\bb\RealTracks - Demos. But when I click "Load Song Demo" button in the style picker I get the "Not Found" Message Dialog box. I also note that there is a RealTracks - Demos folder under the C:\bb\Demos folder but it does not contain all the files that are in the C:\bb\RealTracks - Demos folder.

I copied all the realtracks demos from the c:\bb\realtracks - demos folder to the same named folder under the c:\bb\demos folder and now they seem to be found? Not sure why. I have not moved them as I said earlier so really weird.

I do not have a x:\bb\realtracks-demos folder! All my demo's are in x:\bb\demos. I thought this was folder configuration set by BIAB.
"C:\bb\RealTracks - Demos" is an old (pre-2018) location of the demos, so an older installer could have put the demos there. In Band-in-a-Box, run the Help | Utilities | "Cleanup" function, and this will correct things.
