Hello Star,

First, make sure you are selecting the VSTi plugin. You will need to click Add/Remove VSTi plugin in the DX/VST window. "<VSTi> Bandstand" should appear at the bottom of your list.

Second, look in the Bandstand Technical Notes folder (in the Band-in-a-Box folder). There is a file there called Asstsettings.ini. Copying this file into your bb folder should help with playback/rendering in general - when you have some time, you can look at the PDF help in that folder to learn how to adjust the settings in the asstsettings.ini file.
