If you're trying to create an output track (stereo/mono wav/mp3,) use the bounce project or section from the menu or the little button on the main out of the mixer.
A selection of options will be presented to you and the output files will be saved by default in the project bounces folder.

Pretty straight forward but I'm not certain that's what you're after.

To keep the "target" track inside the logic project you may wish to look at Track Stacks.
Plenty of videos on youtube will explain how to work it
Make sure you understand the difference between folder and summing stacks.
