Buenas tardes,
Luego de actualizar al build 728 una de mis interface de audio no es reconocida por band in a box en mi laptop. Es una Focusrite Scarlett 4 4 de 2da generacion que nunca me había causado problemas.
De antemano muy agradecida por cualquier pista para solucionarlo.

Hola Gina, - Antes que nada lo primero es asegurarse de tener las más recientes versiones de los controladores de tu interfaz de audio. - Si el problema se presenta en otras aplicaciones que utilicen dicha interfaz es prudente reinstalar los controladores de la misma ya que a veces ciertas actualizaciones del sistema operativo pueden afectar una instalación previa de un dispositivo como a la interfaz de audio o de video, o los controladores podrían estar corruptos. - Si hay problema sólo aparece en Band-in-a-Box y la interfaz de audio funcionaba y repentinamente dejó de hacerlo o de aparecer en la lista de dispositivos, es recomendable reiniciar los valores del programa a su estado inicial. Lo cual se encuentra en el menú opciones/retorna a valores de fábrica. Al aparecer la ventana se encontrarán 3 opciones: 1- retorna mayoría a configuraciones
2- retorna todo a configuraciones y preserva la localidad de carpetas Realtrack y Real DrumsSe recomienda intentarlo con la primera opción y en caso de no obtener los resultados esperados lo intentaremos con la segundo opción. Retorna a Valores de Fábrica
Eligiendo esta instrucción se re-armarán todas las configuraciones a las de por defecto al tiempo de enviarlas Configuraciones Retorna a Valores de Fábrica también ofrece reiniciar la batería y la elección del Controlador MIDI, logrando retornar a las configuraciones de fabrica por completo.
Si Ud. elige la MAYORIA de las configuraciones, el mapa de instrumentos y el conjunto de Batería será dejado intácto y sin re-arme.
Si Ud. elige TODAS las configuraciones, todas ellas serán re-armadas a las de fábrica. En todo caso en el mismo menú de opciones podemos conservar nuestras configuraciones seleccionando guardar preferencias en el caso de que no se solucione el problema y queramos retornar a nuestra configuración anterior. Probemos esas opciones primero y luego nos cuentas cómo te ha ido Saludos y suerte, Carlos E. Arellano

~Gina~ Como dijo Carlos, lo primero es revisar los controladores de la tarjeta y las configuraciones del programa; Si eso no funciona hay otra posibilidad: Si usas Windows 10 como sistema operativo, hay probabilidad de que alguna actualización te esté bloqueando el uso de la tarjeta. Algunas actualizaciones han hecho cosas raras, añadido comportamientos erróneos y reiniciado la mayoría de configuraciones de audio. Lo más posible es que la última actualización aplicada te haya puesto por defecto que la tarjeta sea usada únicamente por un solo programa. Eso lo puedes configurar dando click derecho sobre el icono de sonido en la barra de barra de herramientas, luego en el área de Reproducción selecciona tu tarjeta y abre las configuraciones avanzadas, y desactiva el uso de exclusivo de la tarjeta por los programas, esto hara que el sistema pueda usar la tarjeta en su modo multi-cliente:
