Mein altes PC/Lappie Biab ist oder besser hat sich verabschiedet, habe mir nun einen Neuen Lapie zugelegt kann leider nicht mehr auf die win 7 Biab 2017 oder so zugreifen, wie kann ich nun dies neue 2020 spezialangebot und mein neuen Lapie Freischalten da ich noch 2 Macs am laufen habe?
wo kann ich denn sehen wo mein alter Lappie hier noch drin steht?

Ich kann auf dem Anderen kein BiaB mehr starten, also kann ich den Lapie nicht Löschen, kann ich trotzdem mit dem Neuen nun einfach mal das neue Update installieren?

Hallo Matze,
wenn ich dich richtig verstanden habe, hast du ein Band in a Box 2017 für Windows auf deinem alten, nicht mehr zugänglichen Laptop und möchtest auf die Version 2020 upgraden?
Wo hast du es damals gekauft?
- online im PGMusic-Online-Store? Dann ist deine Lizenz mit allen Programmdateien im persönlichen Downloadbereich herunterladbar, du brauchst dich dafür nur mit deiner Mail und Passwort in deinem Konto einloggen (auf der pgmusic.com Startseite oben rechts unter "Account"), ggf. Passwort neu anfordern.
- beim deutschen Distributor m3c, dann haben die evtl. dort noch deine Daten.
Die Upgrades beinhalten in der Regel nur die neuen Programmdateien und. ggf zusätzliche Styles, aber nicht automatisch das komplette Paket. Du brauchst also auch bei einem Upgrade auch die alten Programmdaten (HD/CD/Downloads). Es ist auch relevant, welches "Pak" von 2017 du hattest.
Wende dich ggf. an den support von PGMusic, die helfen dir mit Sicherheit gern weiter (support@pgmusic.com), wenn du nicht mehr alle Programmdaten vollständig hast, aber irgendwie nachweisen kannst, welche Version du damals wo gekauft hast.

Hallo Brille ich hatte 2017 meine BIAB Update mit einer hdd deutsch m3c bekommen mein
Windows 7 funktionierte sehr gut, da ich mir 2 Macs angeschafft hatte habe ich auf Mac 2018 Upgrade
Vorgenommen nun ist jedoch weder IMac noch Mac Mini sehr mobil, daher nun ein neues Laptop
und das neue BIAB 2020 Angebot von m3c und seit july das Mac Update Englisch.
Nun ist doch mein alter Laptop noch registriert und kann ich dann einfach mit dem neuen weiterarbeiten?
Das war meineFrage ich kann auf dem alten Laptop BIAB nicht mehr aufrufen, da sich durch ein Bedienedfehler
die externe FB verabschiedet hat den Laptop in BIAB abmelden
Ich bin schon sehr lang mit BIAB am musizieren fast seit Anfang an meine erste Version musste noch mit 3,4 Zoll Disketten angelegt werden dann kam gleich die DD Version usw.

Na, dann ist es am einfachsten, du klärst das Upgrade mit m3c direkt. Die helfen dir bestimmt weiter.
