Dear Don,
I was so saddened to read your opening post and then read through this thread.
I've known you for a long time on these forums. Without exception, you are the most inspirational person that I have ever encountered. Your ability to overcome immense hurdles, and the way you fearlessly face life smiling have been powerful influences on how I see the world.
More than anyone I know, you've shown me how to look at life as a wonderful gift and how to take the IMPOSSIBLE, and turn it on its head to become I'M POSSIBLE.
For the rest of my life, I will be forever grateful to you.
I honestly don't know what to say. I would like you know, though, I really am feeling a profound sadness as I type this.
A couple of years ago, I came across the below words written by Mary Frye back in the 1930s. An Irish work colleague tells me that this poem is very popular in Ireland. When I heard this, I knew that I had to pass it on to you. I sincerely hope that the words bring you a smile and many peaceful thoughts.

May hope and freedom forever be with you,
Noel
