The prevailing advice is to install just the base program on your new drive, so you get fonts and maybe a few other things, but then Yes, you can copy over your whole BB folder. Specifically, you can copy over your Real Tracks and Drums, since these are the things that would take the most time to reinstall. This will also get you the program updates.

Windows 7 64-bit apparently won't run the Roland VSC that comes with BIAB, so if you were using that, consider another MIDI solution such as the Coyote Forte.
