hello anyone using mixcraft pro 8 with the latest plugin update? 2.12.9
just wondering if its running ok with other users.

rebuilt styles,songs and real tracks. win 10...amd a10 radeon r6 4c+6g 1.8ghz 64 bit hp envy biab 2023 with 1004 build. styles 1 to 429 plus extras 1,2,3,4 and 6. running as admin,cleaned up returned to factory settings.
To get it to work Load Element instrument or FX vst now "Drag n Drop" Band-in-a-Box DAW VST3 Plugin.vst3 into it and hook up the ins/outs Use the EXT in the top left of Element to sync the playback (disable it to stop the cursor from keeping it moving when DAW stopped)
i had a quick look into what you suggested but i gotta say ,im all over the place in my head.
i think i will just use another daw or use an old version of the plugin until whatever bb plugin comes next .

ok i done all you suggested everything works as it should (except for play scroll bar continuously moving) which has always been the case but i can live with that.
but the crash happens every time i load a song demo from the style picker which is the same as when i didnt use the elements program.
followed your instructions, i added screen shots to show. if your mixcraft is working and loading demos it must something i have buggered up. i havent changed any settings in mixcraft and the plugin works with all my other daws. the previous versions of bb plugin all work with mixcraft.

i got elements to work(thanks) but it doesnt sync to mixcraft(no big deal)
still cant get demo song to load in all the other options.
cant get vst fx to load latest version of plugin,it opens old version and works ok.
i rebuilt plugins in mixcraft told it where to search but still wont load the latest bb plugin (fx)
its not major problem i can get by .

You need to click the EXT button in the top left of Element to sync. Copy C:\bb\BBPlugin\Files\Band-in-a-Box DAW VST3 FX Plugin.vst3 now Search C:\Program Files for Band-in-a-Box DAW VST3 FX Plugin.vst3 now paste in the found location/s to replace the old version with the latest version.
