This is only possible if the real track has been transcribed for notation with the notes as midi data.
Some have, some have not, note the transcription is only basic and will not show all the fine notation detail.
You can tell if a track has this if there is an underscore under or before the style name.
The piano track will nearly always have this as they use a special piano that produces both an audio output for the real track, and a midi note data stream for the notation, when originally recorded.
You must start the transport (click play) to generate the realtrack and notation.
All of the all midi styles will of course produce notation for all tracks.
