How I do this:
Save BiaB file with the tracks frozen (so they don't regenerate again; use a Save As a different name if worried about it)
Open the new BiaB file in Realband, let it do it's thing for a minute or so.
Then simply drag each track to Reaper.
If it's an audio track it drags over as an audio track.
If it is MIDI it drags over as MIDI.

Open RB, once it is set, hold Windows key on your keyboard and tap the right arrow key.
RB now takes up the right side of your screen.
Now open Reaper, select New Project if needed.
Use Windows key + left arrow to position Reaper on the other half of the screen.

With a blank slate in Reaper, simply 'grab/drag' the track number in RB over to the first track in Reaper.
Important to grab the RB track number when using this method.
Rinse/repeat for the rest of the tracks.
To me it is faster (and with more visual reassurance) this way.

Pro Tip
before dragging, make sure the Reaper tempo and time signature matches RB, that way the bars line up throughout the song.

Once you Save the project in Reaper using this method, it saves the tracks to its own location. No need to worry about where drag/drop folder is as you've now avoided using it altogether, far as I can tell.
Just a thought
