Nice work Ronnie. Your take on an everyday saying reminded me of something I read in an essay by Gene Lees in which he points out that Johnny Mercer and Cole Porter used this to get success in so many songs like "Anything Goes", "Just One of Those Things", and "Jeepers Creepers". You have inspired me to think along these lines to get myself out of a couple of "writers blocks" where I can't think of a lyric to go with the music I've written. Thanks for sharing your work!

Ronnie - Your song captures that classic country gospel sound perfectly. It's great that you've taken that style and updated it to reflect some of the phrases that the younger generation uses. I think that some things can be better communicated in a song than just in words alone. I enjoyed the listen. Well done.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
