My explanations have been too long, so I have to start a second text....
I have finally solved the problem in "translating" the .sgu file not into MP3 but instead in .Wav.
Under "save song as audio" I found the option "save all tracks as wav files (with options)" and there you may check "include 2 bars as lead-in", woosh! saved, it works, when I import the wav file in Audacity, I now have the count in included and may have fun recording for the world!!!
