Version 722 works as expected. Great news, thanks so much for all the help. Unsure what, if anything, I'm missing from not using v 730 but am happy to have a play with.

Great news that you got it sorted. I doubt that you are missing any major new items with build 722. The list of changes is available here. In the meantime, I'm sure they'll work out your issue and provide a patch.

I had similar Access Violation message at Style Picker....
It was driving me nuts!!!
After several program updates I am at v.728 It is stable for me now. Did not have a single glitch at stylepicker as of yet.

Real Tracks Picker fails, same error message. To be clear, are you trying to open the RealTracks Picker after trying to open the StylePicker? (ie. after the first error message) If yes, can you try opening Band-in-a-Box and then opening the RealTracks Picker before doing anything else? If that causes a crash, please copy the crash report and post it here.

No matter in which order, always got access error message. I can’t replicate now as I’ve reverted to version 722. There are a few issues with this, which I will post separately to avoid confusing the issues.
Thanks guys. Awesome programme but a few software glitches.

Could you try this pre-release build 734, and see if you still get the same error? https://nn.pgmusic.com/pgfiles/support/patches/bb2020_win_update_build734.exeTip: prior to installing, you could make a copy of bbw64.exe and name it bbw64_722.exe. This should allow you to run build 722 afterwards (if you need to) without reinstalling the build 722 patch.
