Keep going or throw it in the pile??? I make this response with no derision intended, though it would be easy for you to take it that way. Why ask US? Does this song mean something to YOU? Are YOU happy with the lyric? The phrasing? The mood? The texture? This is YOUR song. I mean you wouldn't ask me if I thought your wife was hot because what does it matter what I think. The same logic applies. You don't need anybody's approval here. As with anything artistic or creative, you do you. Nobody here sits on such a lofty perch that they judge you. All that matters is whether YOU think it's a keeper.
