Another way is to use File > Import which will import another file below the existing content, but from position Bar 1 and then you can add to the end of the existing Medley by using the Bars Window, Highlight the relevant tracks, Copy, then Paste to the Bar Number you require. There are differences between the two approaches Import and Scrap - the former is a more recent feature which I prefer to to use. Try both.
