Why ask US? Does this song mean something to YOU? Are YOU happy with the lyric? The phrasing? The mood? The texture? This is YOUR song. I mean you wouldn't ask me if I thought your wife was hot because what does it matter what I think. The same logic applies. You don't need anybody's approval here.

As with anything artistic or creative, you do you. Nobody here sits on such a lofty perch that they judge you. All that matters is whether YOU think it's a keeper.

My pal Eddie, or "Mr.Sunshine-Personality" as I like to call him, has a point here which hadn't occurred to me.
We all seem to think this is worth pursuing, but yours is the only opinion which really matters as Eddie said. If you decide that you're
not happy with the way the track is going, don't waste time on it because of what we've all said. I've ditched several of my songs
recently, without anyone else hearing them, because I felt the end product wouldn't justify the time needed to finish them.
Having said all that, I still liked the the track!
