I hate it when you get the generic response like they haven't even read it. If you look in the control panel do you see any entries for the Saffire? How about in 'Programs'? Just trying to help you find the missing mixer! It may be they are stalling until new drivers are released, or they may just be overwhelmed at this point.. Wishing you luck. I see you did get the new drivers, but did you follow the instructions for Win7 I linked to? Seems there is a little more to do than install the drivers (possibly).. http://www.focusrite.com/support/saffire/saffire_pro_24_dspLink is for test exerpt- "Windows 7 Users: If you were previously using a Saffire on Windows 7 utilising the Windows Legacy FireWire driver, you will need to update your Windows FireWire driver before installing this update. For more information on this, please visit the Focusrite Answerbase." Could be a Firewire compatibility issue, we have seen that more than once
